March 2026 Product Updates
📊 Total Rewards Dashboard Access for Managers
Grant leaders access to the Total Rewards Dashboard, enabling them to view compensation insights for their direct and/or indirect reports. - Enable managers to better understand the full scope of their team’s compensation, supporting more informed and transparent compensation conversations. - Access is controlled through existing permission profiles, allowing you to easily designate which leaders can view this data.
🔒 Hide Cycles from Non-Admins
Admins now have more control over cycle visibility with the ability to hide compensation cycles from non-admin users. - This ensures that leaders only see the most relevant and appropriate cycle data at any given time, which helps reduce confusion, limit premature and permanent access, and maintain tighter control over sensitive compensation data.
🎯 Test Cycle Creation
Create review cycles and designate them as “test” cycles. - Test cycles allow you to safely configure, preview, and share cycles with stakeholders without generating official compensation records. This makes it easier to validate setup, gather feedback, and ensure everything is working as expected
before launching a live cycle.

July 2025 Product Updates
🆕 Just in: Salary.com benchmarking data Access the industry’s largest compensation dataset, covering over 15,000 job titles across 225 industries in 22 countries. Updated monthly, the data is sourced directly from employers and enhanced with machine learning to fill gaps other sources miss. The salary.com dataset is available as an add-on, feel free to respond if you’re interested in learning more!
📓 Increases over a certain threshold Add an acceptable variance to the salary increases you’re suggesting for each of your employees - if a manager goes over the approved %, they’ll be prompted to provide justification for their proposal.
🏋 Mid-year compensation changes for bonus payouts Use compensation history to reference changes in salary and bonus targets over time. The platform automatically calculates weighted compensation for each period, allowing you to align bonus payouts with the actual targets for which employees were eligible. If bonuses are based on compensation as of a specific date, you can also reference point-in-time salaries with this feature.
💡 Pro Tips: Off-cycle information sharing 1. Create permission profiles to share range information, employee information, or both based on unique specifications. Whether you want your talent acquisition folks to have access to salary ranges or your managers to have increased visibility to their purview, you can selectively share information from one single source of truth!

May 2025 Product Updates
💫 Automatically round new salaries
After ending your cycle, apply rounding rules to standardize resultant salaries. Choose the place to which you’d like to round (10th, 100th, 1000th) and if you want to round up, down, or to the nearest specified place. Rounding can provide a buttoned up appearance when communicating compensation to your employees. You’ll find the ability to round in the dashboard of your ended cycles!
🧐 Adjust your range display settings
Salary ranges can be confusing, especially when your company has a specific way of displaying them. Create a custom pay range display syntax to control exactly what information appears when viewing and mapping employee ranges.
Easily tailor the display to include key details like level, family, job code, or any other relevant information, making it clearer for your team. You can change this within a cycle under Cycle setup > Advanced settings or for your company as a whole under Settings > Company details.
👔 Non-discretionary titles for promotions
Does your company have a specific set of titles available to employees? Say goodbye to discretionary title entry during promotions. Our new title-driven promotions feature brings structure and simplicity to the promotion process. When enabled, managers will select a new job title from a pre-defined list of dropdowns and the system will automatically assign the corresponding compensation range. This ensures every promotion stays aligned with your organization’s job framework and eliminates room for error. To use this, go to Cycle setup > Advanced settings, and turn on “Use job title for promotions.”
🔢 Update post-cycle values
You’re now able to update employee values with changes from your comp cycle for bonus targets, variable targets, or salary ranges. Ensure accurate data lives on your employee records, even for fields that are not driven by your integration. Once your cycle has ended, you have the option to “Apply cycle changes” from your cycle dashboard.
