Once you’ve completed and submitted your review, it will follow an approval and calibration process to finalize company wide recommendations. You’ll be notified once this process is complete and the cycle has ended.
Communicate to your team: 1/26/26 [UPDATE, OPTIONAL]
Your admin will notify you once award letters are available for your review and distribution.
