Comprehensive

To connect your UKG Pro account, you must create a service account for Comprehensive. Setup instructions <a href="https://support.tryfinch.com/articles/6820516534-ukg-pro-add-a-service-user-org-payroll?lang=en" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>. If you already have a service account, you can use that one.

Once the service account is created follow these steps: 

Connect the Comprehensive app via your UKG Pro account from <a href="https://app.comprehensive.io/settings/application/integrations" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">the Integrations page</a>.

You will be prompted to provide to the Web Service URL, Username, Password, 5-digit Customer API Key, and 12-digit User API Key. 

Once those details are provided, select Connect.

1. Connect the Comprehensive app via your UKG Pro account from <a href="https://app.comprehensive.io/settings/application/integrations" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">the Integrations page</a>. 
 
2. You will be prompted to provide to the Web Service URL, Username, Password, 5-digit Customer API Key, and 12-digit User API Key. 
 
3. Once those details are provided, select Connect.
