Two tabs: Active users and Inactive users
Three Key Actions
1. Mark as Ignored
What it does: Hides the employee from the entire product — reports, comp cycles, approvals, and more — except on this management screen.
Where they go: The user is moved to the Inactive users tab.
Side effect: The employee is automatically removed from any in-progress comp cycles (as a reviewee, approver, or proposer).
2. Mark as Terminated
What it does: Marks the employee as terminated, preventing all platform access.
Where they go: The user is moved to the Inactive users tab.
Side effect: The employee is automatically removed from any in-progress comp cycles (same as ignored).
3. Reactivate

What it does: Restores the employee to the Active users tab and makes them visible throughout the product again.
For ignored users: Select "Mark as not ignored" from the row menu.
For terminated users: Select "Mark as not terminated" from the row menu.
Ignored vs. Terminated: Key Differences
Both statuses hide the employee from the product and remove them from active comp cycles — but they're not identical.

A Few Other Things to Know
Bulk Actions
Select multiple employees using the checkboxes — a bulk action bar appears at the top of the list. All three actions are available in bulk.
Which Cycles Are Affected?
Only in-progress or setup-stage comp cycles are affected when an employee is ignored or terminated. Completed cycles are never modified.
Who Can Do This?
Only company admins can perform these actions. Managers and other roles do not have access to the Manage Users page.
