Use this when you want someone (e.g. a recruiter) to view market benchmarking data without giving them full admin permissions.
Steps
Navigate to the People page in Comprehensive
Click on the employee's name to open their profile drawer
Find the "Allow Benchmarking Access" setting
Set it to Enabled
Good to know
Company Admins automatically have benchmarking access - no extra steps needed for them
This toggle only grants access to benchmarking data. It does not give the user any admin permissions
To revoke access later, set the same toggle back to Disabled
