Use this when you want someone (e.g. a recruiter) to view market benchmarking data without giving them full admin permissions.

Before giving access, be sure to toggle on Benchmarking Access visibility. Navigate to People &gt; Column Settings Locate and update the Benchmarking Access field. Ensure that visibility is not set to Always Hide.

Navigate to the People page in Comprehensive

Click on the employee's name to open their profile drawer

Find the "Allow Benchmarking Access" setting

Company Admins automatically have benchmarking access - no extra steps needed for them

To revoke access later, set the same toggle back to Disabled
